My name is Tracy and I am a film photographer.  I was born under the waving palms of the California sun, grew up in the still farmland of Nebraska, but have made my home right in here under the stars and sunsets of the big Texas skies.

I have an adventurous spirit buried beneath my patience. I love travel although I don’t do it as often as I used to.  I spent the first two years of my career absorbing everything there was to know about concert photography.  I’ve been on tour and spent many a night cradled in some booth at Denny’s trying to catch the last bit of sleep at 4:00 am.

I have many great loves…

I love photography.  Seriously, it’s the backbone and lifeblood of who I am.  I can’t even begin to tell you how many nights I’ve stayed up way past my bedtime absorbing images of my peers OR scanning negatives.

I love to write. I studied it in college.  I have a knack for psychology (also my second college major) and am always analyzing. I love my iPhone.  I’m really into iPhoneography and find little pixels of joy in the camera that is always with me.  I love animals.  All kinds of animals, especially pugs.  There are a million an one other things I love: good food (yes I cook!) and crafting and painting and long walks and Canadian comedies (Trailer Park Boys!) and I’m beginning to understand this thing called Poker (I’m pretty competitive) but most of all I love life.
